Refunds or Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or exchange for ordered products if:
● Received the wrong item
● Package was not received them within the guaranteed time 5-10 business days (not
including 2-5 days processing)
● Received a faulty product
The item must be unopened, unused and the seal unbroken. If not, your refund will not be processed. You request a refund by sending an email to Customerservice@thelashdepott.com Upon approval a refund may be issued.
All return and/or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of all delivered packages or pick-ups. Please Note, that for all “PICK UP” orders your 14 day grace period begins once payment has been made. Thank you for your understanding.
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at Customerservice@thelashdepott.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled. If your order is unfulfilled we will be able to assist you with the cancellation and refund process.
Why did my order get canceled?
The Lash Depott has the right to cancel any suspicious order due to unauthorized use of our website and/or fraudulent activities.
