Shipping Policies

After placing an order, you will first receive your order confirmation via email followed by a secondary email once shipment has been made. If you did not receive an email with your shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder. Our priority is to always get your product to you as soon as possible. All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. That means that your order will not be picked up by courier to start its way to you until 2-3 business days after you’ve placed your order. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Our shipping department is closed on weekends and major holidays.

How does the Same Day Delivery process work??

Same Day Delivery purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 hours of your order placement. You must select Same Day Delivery at checkout, delivery fee is based on location. Same Day Deliveries are only eligible for purchases made within New York (Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Long Island).


How do Pick Up orders work?

Customers who select "PICK UP" at checkout should not attempt to pick up their orders before they receive notification stating it is ready. Pick Up orders are only held for 72 hours. If your order is not picked up within 72 hours of receiving your pick up notification, the items will be returned to our inventory. All Pick Up orders must be placed 24-hours in advance, failure to do so will result in extended wait time.


How will I know when my order has been shipped or is out for delivery?

Tracking information updates will be sent via email and/or text notifications upon shipment of your order. Failure to submit an email or mobile number during customer registration or check will prevent you from receiving such notifications.


International Shipping Policy
All international purchases are welcomed & accepted. Foreign taxes or exchange rates may apply and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. International Custom fees may apply.

For all deliveries Domestic and International, The Lash Depott LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that packages are lost or stolen, customers must coordinate all resolutions with the courier company.
