Where is my order?
After you've placed an order, you will first receive a confirmation email and once the order is shipped you will then receive a second email with your shipping information and your tracking number. If you did not receive an email with your shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder.
Our priority is to always get your product to you as soon as possible. Our small (but mighty) team processes all orders placed before 12pm the same day. All other orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00PM EST, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Our shipping department is closed on weekends and major holidays.
