What is your return policy?

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out quite as planned, and The Lash Depott is committed to making your experience the best from start to finish. If you are unhappy with the item(s) you received, we'd love to make it right. Our return process is easy, concise, and guaranteed to keep you stress free!

Key things to know:

  • Ready to return? Send us an email at customerservice@thelashdepott.com your request within 7 days of your order being delivered!
  • In order to offer the best return process available, our return inquiries are processed within 2-14 business days once received at our facility.
  • The Lash Depott happily provides refunds on items that are defective, unopened, unused and returned in the same condition that you received them within 7 days of your order being delivered.
  • If you received any defective item(s), you may discard the item, only after submitting proof of the defect to receive a refund, store credit, or an exchange.
  • We gladly issue store credit or an exchange for returned items that are opened and/or used within 7 days of your order being delivered. (accompanied by a prepaid shipping label).
  • The Lash Depott is not responsible for unauthorized returns. We will ship them back out at the buyer’s expense under the condition that the shipping invoice has been paid.
  • If there are any unauthorized returns sent back and the return shipping fee isn’t paid within 3 business days, the products will be discarded.
